Bio

A working provider — not a corporate trainer.

Jason runs Sure'Nuff Septic Services and Designs out of Bay City, on the Texas Gulf Coast. The service truck is the day job — pumping tanks, replacing floats, diagnosing failed pumps, and inspecting systems for buyers and owners across Matagorda County and beyond.

The classroom grew out of that work. Operators kept calling with questions about TCEQ paperwork, drainfield diagnostics, and the difference between a real problem and a vendor trying to sell a system. Teaching CE — on the same regulator framework Jason works under every day — was the honest answer.

The customers who built this business put it best: "He could have charged for unnecessary work but was honest about everything." That's the same posture the classroom runs on. No upsells, no scare tactics, no claims about what TCEQ will or won't do — just the curriculum, the contact hours, and the regulatory citations students can verify themselves.

What the field teaches

Three reasons operators choose a working-provider instructor.

01

Real diagnostic patterns

When a float fails, what does the homeowner actually report? When a drainfield's saturating, what does the soil tell you? Patterns built up over years of service calls — not textbook diagrams.

02

TCEQ paperwork in plain English

The TAC Chapter 285 forms, the maintenance reports, the authorization-to-construct trail — walked through with the regulator citations next to each form, so you can verify and apply what you learn.

03

Honesty about the trade

When TCEQ guidance is clear, we cite it. When it leaves room for judgment, we say so. No outcome guarantees — TCEQ decides licensure, not the training provider.
